• Product development timeliness metrics: Implemented cross-functional tracking of product development status allowing automated reporting of "at risk" titles and analysis of root causes of lateness. System provided the ability to identify situations before they escalated into revenue-threatening problems. (HE11)
• XML authoring solution: Piloted cloud-based tool to support authoring and output of content in XML, resulting in faster time to market, lower costs, consistent format, content reuse, and new product creation. (HE17)
• Cuban editorial development: Supervised the editorial development and production of CUBA, a premier two-volume set containing interpretative essays on major topics in Cuban history, culture, and society. Articles were authored, among others, by scholars from Cuba requiring addressing intricate legal and financial restrictions in movement of funds between the U.S. and Cuba. (HE40)
